Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the billing dashboard. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for.

If something goes wrong in your first 14 days on a paid plan, email us and we'll make it right. Past 14 days, we don't issue partial-month refunds, but you can cancel any time and avoid the next charge.

Your recordings and exports are yours. VideCap processes them on your behalf to render exports and generate AI voiceovers. We do not use your content to train models and we do not share it with third parties beyond the providers required to deliver the service.
